Our vibrating screening machines and FLIP-FLOW screens for the processing of raw materials offer first-class technology for screening, classifying and separation processes. They are applied in many different industrial areas; for example, construction materials, slag, coal, ore, aggregates, minerals, recycling materials such as scrap and compost.
Conventional screening machines and screen decks
We supply conventional screening machines as circular or linear, single or multi-deck screening machines and LIWELL® screening machines in a great variety of construction types; for example, LIWELL® LF, LIWELL® motion 751 and LIWELL® KT.
Our screening machines are equipped with HEIN, LEHMANN screen decks and screen panels, including classical wire screens, VIBRO® Flex and LEMANIT® PUR screens. With our unique exchange systems WS 83 and WS 85, polyurethane ‘PUR’, rubber screens and wire meshes for processing of bulk and recycling materials, we offer especially developed screens. They are made of flexible materials enabling exact adjustment to each required task.

Wear-resistant polyurethane screen mats
The success of LIWELL® is based on the FLIP-FLOW/Spannwell® principle, combined with highly wear-resistant polyurethane ‘PUR’ screen mats. This special construction enables highly efficient classifying, reducing outsize materials and optimising product quality.
The trampoline-like motion of the screen panels induces high acceleration and intensive loosening-up of the screening material, causing self-cleaning of the screen panels. Clogging through sticking and near-size particles, especially while screening of moist and sticky materials, is effectively avoided. This concept combines the maximum technical standard with minimum operation costs.
Standard screen with linear movement as single or double deck
LIWELL® LF is the bestseller under the LIWELL® screening machines. This type is well-approved for difficult-to-screen materials, and convinces through design variety and unique application properties. With additional dust and wear protection, different pitches and lateral sealing of the screen mats, the LF can be individually adjusted to the customer´s application.
LIWELL® LF is also available as a mobile or semi-mobile construction to enable more flexibility.
Mobile screening unit as road or track-mobile
These mobile units for recycling and flexible standard applications are equipped with a FLIP-FLOW/ Spannwell screen type LIWELL® LF. They have a screening area of 7.5m². They are executed as road or track-mobile units with adjustable inclination and a hopper volume of approximately 4m³.
Fine screening of course feed material
The LIWELL® KT combines circular vibration with FLIP-FlOW screening, enabling classifying of coarse bulk materials. The upper deck operates as a circular vibratory unit and serves as a protection deck. On the lower deck, the difficult-to-screen fine separation is executed by means of FLIP-FLOW movement. As required, the protection deck (upper deck) can be equipped with all types of screen panels and exchange systems. On the lower deck, the well-proven LIWELL® screen mats ensure an effective fine screening.
Conventional screens with unbalanced shafts or vibrator motor drive
Conventional screens are available as circular and linear motion screening machines. They offer the best solutions for all standard applications for classifying of fine and coarse bulk materials. Cut sizes of approximately 5mm – 50mm are possible, depending on feed material.
Screening machines equipped with spray facilities enable the removal of adhering materials from feed material during the screening process. The technologically sophisticated bolted/welded construction with unbalanced drives ensures a low maintenance effort and a long service life.
Circular and linear motion screening machines
Circular motion machines are characterised by their simple concept and excellent price-performance ratio. Linear motion machines have better transport properties and can also be applied for dewatering of bulk material.
Depending on the application, execution is possible with different screen panels, such as wire cloths, long or crosswise tensioned; harp screens; pressure welded grids; Rastex or polyurethane screens; exchange systems; and wedge wire screens in different executions for dewatering processes.
Circular motion twin-shaft screening machines
DELTA 2 screens are up to 40% more efficient, compared with conventional machines. They work on the basis of a double shaft drive causing an even and much stronger vibration over the whole length. Frequency converters enable exact adjustment of the machine to different product parameters.
