Greg Hinshaw Retires as CEO; Rod Duncan Appointed as Successor Effective Immediately
Huntington, WV – J.H. Fletcher & Co. announced that Greg Hinshaw is retiring as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, concluding a respected tenure marked by strong leadership, steady growth, and a commitment to the company’s long-term success.
Hinshaw’s leadership helped shape the organization’s direction and strengthen its foundation for the future. J.H. Fletcher & Co. extends its sincere appreciation for his lasting contributions and the positive impact he has made on employees, customers, and the broader organization.
As part of a planned internal succession, Rod Duncan, previously President, is appointed Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Duncan began as an intern and has worked in practically every area of the business. He will oversee production, strengthen customer and industry partnerships, and ensure the organization is positioned for long-term growth and competitiveness.
The company also announced two additional internal leadership appointments, also effective immediately:
Ben Hardman, previously Vice President of Sales, is appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). Hardman will oversee Sales, Service and Engineering ensuring the consistently company delivers high-quality results for customers.
Julia Fletcher, previously Vice President of Business Strategy, is appointed President. In this expanded role, Fletcher will oversee day-to-day business integration, align cross-functional priorities, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives that support operational performance and sustained growth.
