SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (December 3, 2005) - Management of Groupe Laperrière & Verreault Inc. (GL&V) announced that its Process Group, Dorr-Oliver Eimco, has been awarded three important contracts totaling more than Cdn $7.2 million to deliver state-of-the-art recausticizing technology to chemical pulp mills in India, China and Indonesia.

ITC Paperboard selected Dorr-Oliver Eimco to modernize the recausticizing system at their pulp mill in Andhra Pradish, India. Scope of supply includes a pressurized White Liquor ClariDisc® filter, Lime Mud ClariDisc® filter, Slaker, Causticizer, and auxiliary equipment. Start-up is scheduled for August 2006. Also in Asia, the APRIL Group has placed an order to increase the capacity of the recausticizing system at their modern RIZHAO pulp mill in China. This contract, in addition to the recently ordered Chitianhua Greenfield recausticizing plant and the Jiang Lin system already in operation, confirm Dorr-Oliver Eimco’s leading position in the increasingly important Chinese chemical pulping industry.

Additionally, Dorr-Oliver Eimco was favored with another order from APRIL to supply a Dregs filter for their huge, 2000+ TPD pulp mill in Kerinci, Indonesia. These three EPS contracts (Engineer, Procure, and Supervise) will be managed from Dorr-Oliver Eimco’s recausticizing technology center located in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.
