Deals this week: Joseph T Ryerson & Son, Dongbu Steel, Intact Gold Corp
Ryerson Holding Corporation subsidiary Joseph T Ryerson & Son has announced an offering of senior secured notes due in 2022 to raise approximately $650m.
Expected to close in this month, the offering will be guaranteed by Ryerson Holding and its subsidiaries.
Dongbu Steel has agreed to issue 20 million shares at a price of KRW10,000 ($8.53) per share, in private placement, to raise KRW200bn ($170.78m). The deal is expected to be close in May 2016.
Intact Gold Corp has entered an option agreement to acquire Caprock Ventures Corp's 100% interest in Belleterre Extreme-East and Ortona properties.
The two properties include 22 mineral claims in total, and are located 5km east of the town of Belleterre, Temiscamingue, Quebec, Canada.
Anfield Gold Corp (formerly Anfield Nickel Corp) has agreed to issue 30,487,804 common shares at a price of C$0.82 ($0.63) per share, in a non-brokered private placement, to raise approximately C$25m ($19.3m). This is in order to repay the debt it owes to Reinarda Mineracao (RML), a wholly owned subsidiary of Troy Resources.
