These targets are in addition to the recently announced gold mineral resource estimate (MRE) at the Camp, Black Dog and Bobby McGee prospects, confirming the potential to grow the Mt Mulgine gold inventory.
A review of drilling activities at the Mulgine Trench, Allentown and Monza prospects has identified an estimated exploration target size of between 1.5 and two million tonnes (mt), with a gold grade ranging from 0.9 to 1.4 grams per tonne (g/t).
This equates to a potential yield of 44,000–87,000oz of gold.
The exploration targets complement the recently disclosed gold MRE of 1.9mt at 1.10g/t of gold, totalling 67,500oz, at the Camp, Black Dog and Bobby McGee prospects.

By GlobalDataThis underscores the potential for expanding the gold inventory at Mt Mulgine.
Notably, drilling extended the oxide gold target at the Mulgine Trench to 800m of strike, with promising near-surface results including 6m at 3.10g/t of gold from 4m depth in drill-hole MMC294.
The Monza prospect has also shown high-grade intersections, suggesting the potential for high-grade shoots, with results such as 4m at 27.69g/t of gold from 19m depth in drill-hole MMRC072.
Meanwhile, significant gold mineralisation at Allentown was intersected across three east-west striking structures over 180m of strike, with results including 23m at 1.84g/t of gold from 12m depth in drill-hole ATRB002.
The exploration targets are conceptual in nature, with further exploration required to estimate a mineral resource.
Tungsten Mining chairman Gary Lyons said: “These results underscore the expanding gold opportunity at our globally significant Mt Mulgine tungsten asset. The definition of additional gold targets strengthens our tungsten development strategy and is expected to provide greater flexibility as we progress our scoping study, which aims to chart a clear path towards development.”
Since the 1960s, the Mt Mulgine project has undergone exploration for gold, tungsten and molybdenum.
