It is just over eight months since we decided to proceed with development of the Rukwa Coal Project and I am delighted that we have been able to move into production so quickly, despite some challenges along the way.

“We look forward to providing further updates on the progress of the project in the coming weeks, including with regard to coal sales and contracts.”

The wash plant is currently processing material to meet requests for coal made. The company intends to increase production levels over the next few months in order to meet a monthly production target of at least 10,000t by January.
