InZinc Mining has signed an option agreement with to acquire Pac Shield Resources' (PSR) 100% interest in the Indy zinc project for C$4.29m ($3.26m).
The project is located 100km south of Prince George, British Columbia, Canada, and hosts five mineral claims covering a total area of approximately 1,380ha.
