US exploration company New World Gold says it will develop a mining grid for gold production on its US gold leases.

It says it will begin production as soon as the grid is established.

In-house geological staff and independent mining specialists have helped devise in-house programmes to verify the gold leases using historical geological data and random sampling to show gold and sapphires on the land.

New World Gold says it believes there is substantial proven developed gold reserves that support immediate mining start up on its land.

Production on the leases is expected to commence late this year or early next year.
