Canada’s Centerra Gold said it has settled a labour dispute at its Boroo mine in Mongolia, signalling the end of a three-week strike.

The company has signed a settlement agreement with the Boroo Trade Union to provide future redundancy benefits to permanent employees.

But the company said the operating licenses still remain suspended.

The company’s license was suspended by Canada’s Minerals Resources Authority for three months for alleged discrepancies in record keeping, land use and operating procedures.
