Impala Platinum is looking to acquire Royal Bafokeng Platinum to gain access to the Bafokeng Rasimone mine, in which Royal holds a 67% stake.

Gold Hawk Resources has closed its acquisition of the Oracle Ridge copper mine located 24km north-east of Tucson, Arizona, US.

Argonaut Exploration said it has signed an agreement to acquire the Columario gold property located in the Terrace area of British Columbia, Canada.

The Columario gold property consists of 31 mineral tenures, totalling approximately 2,230ha, and is adjacent to Argonaut's Bornite Range Terrace project.
