The explosion was triggered by burning explosives on Saturday, and trapped 12 miners underground.
The mine has been ordered to suspend operations for a safety overhaul following the accident.
The county’s public security bureau has detained seven people and sealed the mine’s accounts following the accident, according to Xinhua News.
Meanwhile, the County Government has begun a three-day inspection of all mines and promised to suspend the operations of any mine with potential safety hazards.
