Daleco has obtained regulatory approval for its Sierra Kaolin Open Clay Mine on the Southerner Federal Mining Claim in Sierra County, New Mexico.

The USDA Forest Service has approved the project's definitive plan of operation, which enables joint venture partner Tecumseh Professional Associates to mine the Sierra Kaolin ore from the project site.

Technical studies carried out by third parties on 264 acres of the project's 2,720 acres discovered 55.3 million tonnes of recoverable mineralised material.
