Australian mining company Jabiru Metals is offering existing shareholders A$11.5m in shares to develop the newly discovered Bentley Project near Leonora, Western Australia. The company — which previously was not trading - intends to sell 46 million shares at A$0.25 per share.

The company — which previously was not trading - intends to sell 46 million shares at A$0.25 per share.

The proceeds will be used to accelerate resource definition drilling and development at Bentley, located near Jabiru’s Jaguar mining operations north of Kalgoorlie.
