Eco Ventures Group (EVGI) and Raptor Technology have signed a joint venture agreement to commercialise mineral recovery technology.

EVGI will use separation and leaching technology to recover precious metals, including gold, platinum, palladium and rare earth elements, at a newly built mineral recovery facility.

According to the agreement, EVGI will provide services such as funding, management and business development to operate the initial 10,000tpa facility.

The proprietary technology is anticipated to process a ratio of 10:1 raw ore to concentrated ore.

Eco Ventures Group CEO Randall Lanham said that the minerals recovery technology, along with the firm's current ore supply, will potentially keep the plant running for many years.
