Firestone Ventures has received favourable results from the AmmLeach amenability test work on Firestone's Torlon Hill zinc oxide project located in Guatemala.

The testwork conducted by Alexander Mining subsidiary, MetaLeach on the selected representative samples from the Torlon Hill zinc deposit, with a head grade of =6.99% zinc, resulted in an average zinc dissolution of 79%.

Based on the results, Firestone has requested Alexander submit a conceptual process flow sheet for Torlon Hill project and a plan for substantial additional next stage testwork.

Firestone Resources and Alexander Mining plan to work together to identify and target other high acid-consuming, carbonate-hosted zinc oxide opportunities in Firestone's portfolio suitable for using AmmLeach.
