India to Introduce Coal Regulator Bill

The Indian Government will introduce the Coal Regulator Bill in parliament to ensure a level playing field for all the stake holders. Indian Union Minister for Coal Sriprakash Jaiswal said that it will initiate competitive bidding of coal blocks to make the coal sector more transparent.
