Spectral Capital Corporation of the US has acquired 65% of a vast gold resource located in Kazakhstan.

Under the terms of transaction, Spectral will provide $200m in financing for the development and extraction of the resource over a five-year period.

Pacific Coast Nickel (PCNC) has entered into a binding agreement with Prophecy Resource to acquire its nickel projects by issuing up to 550 million common shares, valued at about $107m.

PCNC will acquire the Wellgreen PGM Ni-Cu and Lynn Lake nickel projects located in the Yukon Territory and Manitoba.

Trevali Resources has signed a deal with Kria Resources to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Kria for C$44m (US$44m).

The agreement calls for Trevali to acquire shares on the basis of 0.2 of a common share of Trevali for each common share of Kria.

Sunoco subsidiary SunCoke Energy has acquired Harold Keene Coal, along with its related entities and assets for approximately US$40m.

The assets include two active underground mines and one active surface and high wall mine currently producing 250,000-300,000t of coal annually, with the potential to expand production in the future.

Sandstorm Resources has entered into gold purchase agreement with Mentanor Resources to purchase 20% of the life of mine gold produced from Metanor's Bachelor Lake gold project in Quebec, Canada.
