XMOR Buckets are proven in operation. The result of many years of materials and bucket design knowledge, plus extended field development has resulted in an exceptional combination of wear resistance and strength.
G&G Mining is a specialist in the design, manufacture, repair and refurbishment of high-quality engineered mobile mining equipment attachments, components, and supply of associated services.
A part of specialist steel manufacturer SSAB, we combine expertise in advanced high-strength and wear-resistant materials with design, application and manufacturing knowledge to offer market-leading solutions. We aim to solve the challenges of mobile equipment productivity through increased payload and improved wear resistance.
Our products include the XMOR range of lightweight, productivity enhancing dump bodies and buckets, as well as customised, heavy-duty mining excavator and shovel buckets and mobile water tank solutions.
Complementing these is our service division handling on and off-site maintenance, repairs and refurbishments, general and custom fabrications, spare parts, as well as the supply of wear parts and materials as part of the global Hardox Wearparts® network. This includes the supply of Hardox® and Strenx® steels, and Duroxite® overlay products.
High-productivity mining dump truck trays and buckets
G&G Mining’s XMOR range is a revolution in earthmoving attachment design. XMOR products are super lightweight and super tough, increasing the payload and productivity of your machine, and ultimately reducing your cost per tonne.
Over recent years, G&G has invested heavily in developing the XMOR range with both buckets and dump bodies now available, all certified as ‘Hardox® In My Body’ through the extensive use of Hardox® steels in the construction of the products, combining both structural and wear-resistant elements.
XMOR dump truck trays address challenges of wear, impact, hang up, load retention and positioning while offering exceptionally low weight and an increased payload. The XMOR tray design eliminates many issues experienced with other designs available in the market today and results in high levels of productivity.
XMOR buckets offer reduced weight, larger volume and a greater payload to increase the productivity of your machine while remaining within the suspended load limits. Available with a wide range of GET and across a variety of mining excavators and loaders, XMOR buckets also offer low maintenance with no extensive wear package to maintain on-site.
Safe, robust and maintenance-friendly water tank modules
G&G Mining has been designing, manufacturing and installing water tank modules for off-highway rigid mining trucks for more than 15 years.
In capacities from 15,000l to 160,000l, G&G water tank modules can be used for haul road or dig face dust suppression, firefighting, or a combination.
Our tanks are designed to withstand adverse environments with some of our first tanks still in operation. The durable design of the tank, a fully engineered baffle system and a high-quality tank liner are complemented with a robust and maintenance-friendly spray shelf and spray bar arrangement.
Tanks are available with a wide range of options, including remote and manually controlled water cannons, hydraulic sprays, and ground speed spray systems. We also offer water level gauges, tyre-fire sprays, pause timers for various spray patterns, automatic pump shut off, rear cameras, custom fill chutes, and foam induction systems.
Along with the ability to custom engineer, we can offer a water tank designed for your site needs.
High-performance mining buckets
G&G Mining develops mining buckets that are strong, light and highly productive.
We design and manufacture backhoe, face shovel and wheel loader buckets to suit all major OEM mining excavators, including Komatsu, Hitachi, Caterpillar and Liebherr, for 100t to 1,000t class machines.
All newly manufactured buckets carry the ‘Hardox® in My Body’ branding, indicating the use of the highest quality materials available and enabling us to offer you both increased productivity and service life.
New buckets also carry the Australian Made logo, indicating that these products are manufactured in Australia, with G&G employing local staff and contractors and contributing to the growth of the Australian economy.
