RPMGlobal Announces the Completion of the MinVu Acquisition

RPMGlobal has announced it has completed its acquisition of MinVu.

With the deal, MinVu’s entire suite of products specialising in Mining Performance Management and Production Information will now form part of RPM’s software business.

Atrico assisted MinVu Pty Ltd in its trade sale to ASX-listed RPMGlobal Ltd. MinVu is a mining software company specialising in Mining Performance Management and Production Information. The completion of the acquisition was announced on 1 February 2018.
