NEW PRODUCT: EXAIR’s No Drip Siphon Fed Spray Nozzle Coats, Cools & Cleans

EXAIR’s new ½in Siphon Fed air atomising spray nozzle atomises a variety of fluids in a round spray pattern where no liquid pressure is available and heavy application of liquid is needed. This corrosion-resistant type 303SS nozzle draws liquid into the airstream and mixes it internally while providing up to 610mm (24in) of suction height. Liquid can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of your application using the adjustment valve. The patented No Drip design ensures conservation of precious liquids and protects surface finishes from drips. The ½in spray nozzle provides high liquid flow up to 259 LPH (68.3 GPH) in a 152mm (6in) diameter round pattern.

With EXAIR’s wide variety of air atomising spray nozzles available from Compressed Air Australia, you can coat, cool, treat and paint a variety of products using compressed air and liquids with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoise. Atomising nozzles are an efficient way to evenly sanitise, cool, coat, wash, and rinse. They are commonly used with water, light oils, detergents, rust inhibitors, chemicals, paints and dyes. Liquid atomising nozzles, requiring no compressed air, are also now available.

The stainless-steel construction of these atomising nozzles adds to their durability and corrosion resistance. EXAIR air atomising spray nozzles are available with 1/8in, ¼in and ½in connections in a variety of spray patterns to meet your needs. All models are adjustable and have an available mounting bracket. They come with EXAIR’s 5-Year Built to Last Warranty and are CE compliant
