Millrock Resources is planning to start a drilling programme on its Humble project in south-west Alaska and the Council project on the Seward Peninsula in western Alaska.
The drilling programme for the Humble project, which will test five specific targets by drilling a total of 1,000m, is slated to begin this month.
The Council project, which targets sediment-hosted vein gold deposits, will undergo a drilling programme, which includes six holes totalling 1,000m, in July.
The two projects, subject to joint venture agreements with Kinross Gold Corp, are currently in the option phase.
The work is being funded by Kinross, but Millrock has the option to earn up to a 75% stake in the two projects, under the terms of the deal.
