Deals this week: InZinc Mining, BCM Resources Corporation, Tasca Resources


InZinc Mining has signed an option agreement with to acquire Pac Shield Resources' (PSR) 100% interest in the Indy zinc project for C$4.29m ($3.26m).

The project is located 100km south of Prince George, British Columbia, Canada, and hosts five mineral claims covering a total area of approximately 1,380ha.

BCM Resources Corporation has announced a non-brokered private placement of 12 million units, priced at C$0.10 ($0.07) each, to raise C$1.2m ($910,000).

"Net proceeds are intended for property expenditures and cash payments for the acquisition of a 60% stake in Thompson Knolls copper-gold mine."

Net proceeds from the placement are intended to be used for property expenditures and cash payments required for the acquisition of 60% stake in the Thompson Knolls copper-gold property in Millard County, Utah, US, as well as for general working capital purposes.

Tasca Resources has reached an agreement to acquire Samarium Borealis Corp’s 100% stake in the Bleiberg Property in Austria.

Tasca will pay C$0.15m ($0.11m) in cash and issue four million of its shares at a price of C$0.15 ($0.11) each to the Samarium as part of the deal.
