Deals this week: All Grade Mining, Blue Gold Mining, Trevali Mining Corp and more


All Grade Mining has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire a Jose Del Transito copper mining project, located in Chile for an undisclosed sum.

Currently, the mine is producing 1,100 tonnes per month and has a production lifespan of 15 years.

Blue Gold Mining has entered into a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) with Paget Minerals Corp to earn up to a 65% stake in three porphyry targets within Paget's Ball Creek Project, located in British Columbia's Golden Triangle region.

The 145km² project includes the Rainbow gold porphyry target, the main gold-copper porphyry target and the Cliff copper-gold porphyry target.

Trevali Mining Corp has entered into a definitive combination agreement to acquire Maple Minerals Corp and the Caribou milling and mine complex for $23.8m.

The mine complex is located in the Bathurst Mining Camp of northern New Brunswick in Canada.

Geomark Exploration has closed a deal to acquire a 100% stake in the Kings Canyon gold property in the southwest corner of Utah in the US.

Under the terms of the deal, Geomark will purchase claims surrounding the Crown JV lands from Invenio Resources Corp and Palladon Ventures for C$325,000 ($318,128).

Geomark assumes the existing joint venture with Crown Resources on a claim block which hosts a 200,000 oz. gold historical mineral resource.

Southern Arc Minerals has acquired an additional 5% stake in its West Lombok and West Sumbawa projects in Indonesia, increasing its ownership in both projects to 90% with the remainder held by the local Regency Governments.
