Tyre Chains Australia is the Australian distributor and service provider for JJF tyre protection chains. JJF have been designing, developing and manufacturing tyre protection chains for 15 years and are currently selling over 20,000 tyre chains per annum.

The manufacturer’s Chief Product Development Engineer works here with us to ensure the product suits the requirements of our clients in the Australian resource sector, and to custom design and build chains to suit unique applications and environments.

TYRE CHAINS FOR SURFACE AND UNDERGROUND MINING

Tyre Chains Australia have chains running in Australia on earthmoving machines from 22t to 210t in a variety of above and below ground applications with great success. Our valued client list of mining companies and contractors includes Pilbara Iron, Rio Tinto, Komatsu, Barrick Mining, GBF Underground, Eroc, NRW and Cape Crushing & Earthmoving.

Stock chains are available from 16mm to 22mm chain specification to suit tyre sizes from 11.00-20 through to 65/65-57 which can be adjusted to fit new, worn or recapped tyres on surface or underground machines.

TYRE CHAIN PARTS

An extensive range of tyre chain spare parts are available from our Perth warehouse for chain supplied by Tyre Chains Australia and we also supply parts to suit most other manufacturers’ chains. Tyre Chains Australia parts racks can be supplied and stocked at the time of fitment and then restocked during site service visits or by order from the Perth warehouse.

TYRE CHAIN SERVICE

Tyre Chains Australia provides excellent product backup and fast response times, with 24hr telephone support. Our clients are provided with comprehensive maintenance manuals and on site fitting and schooling of workshop personnel to maximise the service life of chains. In addition our personnel can provide regular product servicing and monitoring visits to ensure optimum chain performance.

Also your wheel assemblies can be managed from our Perth workshop. We can provide used rim audits and inspections, new rim assemblies including offset rims if required, tyre repairs, new tyre fitments, chain fitment and return of the complete wheel assembly to your site.

We have formed strategic alliances with rim and tyre suppliers to ensure our clients receive an overall solution that best suits their needs.
