RIMEX designs and manufactures longer-life OEM wheels and various custom complementary applications including: TyreSense - tyre pressure monitoring system and the Mobile Press - portable tyre press, to keep even the most difficult trucks moving.

With over 30 years in the industry and over 40 years' experience, RIMEX developed a rim specifically designed for radial tyres. This led to the birth of the Machined Extreme Service (MES) series and Taper Secure Radial (TSR) series of rims and wheels.

RADIAL TYRE WHEELS - MACHINED EXTREME SERVICE (MES) SERIES AND TAPER SECURE RADIAL (TSR) SERIES

Having designed products that are machined for true roundness and have over 100% more steel across the rim in critical areas, RIMEX is the only manufacturer to have advanced wheel technology to precisely match modern radial tyre designs.

DOUBLE GUTTER (DGS) SERIES AND INTEGRAL GUTTER LOCK RING (IGLR) SERIES

The revolutionary design of the DGS series allows for tyre changes to occur without removing the outer wheel or rim base. Engineered with safety and time saving in mind, and developed as a position sensitive outer dual, the DGS can be easily mounted / demounted, allowing for a tyre change to be completed in a fraction of the time.

In search to make tyre fitting even easier, RIMEX has designed the IGLR concept to complement the DGS series. The functional design of the IGLR rim has the profile of an inner lock ring machined into the rim base - similar to the position sensitive concept of the DGS but designed for the inner dual wheel and front wheel positions. IGLR combined with DGS provides exceptionally quick and safe tyre changes from all positions.

TYRESENSE – WIRELESS TYRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM

The TyreSense wireless tyre pressure monitoring system uses innovative technology to electronically monitor and display actual running tyre pressures and temperatures. TyreSense also warns of low-pressure situations via the easy to read in-cab or remote display receiving unit. The best way to ensure maximum tyre life is through proper tyre inflation.

MOBILE PRESS – PORTABLE EARTHMOVER TYRE PRESS

Introducing the latest product from RIMEX, the Mobile Press: a groundbreaking portable earthmover tyre press. The Mobile Press is engineered to easily remove an earthmover tyre from its multi-piece rim. This unique process can be utilized in earthmover applications for 51in to 63in tyre sizes.

DE-FUZER VALVE – TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE RELIEF VALVE

The DE-FUZER valve is a temperature sensitive relief valve (200°F, 190psi) designed to release potentially lethal air pressure build-up before catastrophic failures can occur. The DE-FUZER valve can be easily installed on all off-highway tubeless rims or wheels 25in diameter or greater.

BEAD BREAKER - 15t AND 25t

RIMEX 15t and 25t bead breakers are the strongest, safest and most stable bead breakers available on the market. The bead breaker has been designed to prevent the tool from 'kicking out' and causing injury to both the tyre, and more importantly, the operator. Bead breakers are available in a full range of jaw sizes and jaws can be custom designed to accommodate all earthmoving tyres and wheel designs.
