Otracom™ has been developed by Otraco International, to support its core business of Earthmover tire management services to the mining industry.

USERS

The Otracom™ system is flexible, user-friendly and configured to meet the specific needs of individual users, such as tire servicemen, managers, procurement and suppliers. Each user is provided with a unique ID and password, which only permits access to the areas of the system they require. The system supports English, Spanish and Indonesian languages, and is accompanied by an in-depth training course.

DATA IMPORTS

Otraco has extensive experience of importing historical data into Otracom™ from other electronic systems, spreadsheets and tire cards. All data passes through extensive validations that ensure the same high levels of data reliability as when entering information into the system manually.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Because Otracom™ is a genuine internet application it requires standard hardware/software. A Pentium III class computer (and above), Internet Explorer 5.5 (and above), Adobe PDF Reader Ver. 5 (and above) and MS Excel (or equivalent) is all that is required.

When dealing with Otraco you will learn that you never need to download or pay for additional software or updates - Otraco's commitment is that these become available to all users as soon as you log on to the system.
