MECHANICS' SERVICE-TRUCKS

ORO's 14ft heavy-duty service truck body is equipped with a 7t Stellar crane. This crane features a full hydraulic reach of 28ft, capable of lifting a maximum of 14,000Lbs at 5ft and 2,500Lb at 28ft. A hydraulic drive compressor producing 46cfm at 175psi is mounted inside the body. Heavy-duty drawer systems and bolt bins are mounted inside the compartments. Other options include a spare-tire carrier, welder and generator systems, 220V flood lighting, 12V and 24V boosting systems.

ENCLOSED LUBRICATION-TRUCK

The enclosed lubrication truck has a fully insulated aluminum body with reinforced steel understructure for maximum tank support. The body construction is ideal for rough terrain and northern climate conditions. The interior houses the graco pumps, product tanks, compressor system, hose reels, aluminum shelving and work benches. Available in various configurations for single axle or tandem chassis.

TIRE-SERVICE TRUCK MODEL 28000

The Stellar 28000 tire-service truck is designed to perform in mine and construction sites. It features a rugged 20ft heavy duty OTR body with 85ft³; of storage space.

Without the tire manipulator, the 28000 OTR crane has a maximum lift-capacity of 28,000Lbs at 10ft, 21,300Lbs at 13ft-2in and 17,200Lbs at 18ft-3in. The 315° crane rotation is carried out through a turntable bearing with an external worm gearbox. The hexagon shaped secondary and extension substantially increase boom strength over competitive square-shaped booms, ensuring solid performance.

The performance of the 28000 OTR series can be refined by the addition of the TM14160 tire manipulator. The TM14160 increases versatility and productivity while providing a safe method of handling any OTR tire up to and including 14,000Lbs.

The tire manipulator has a clamping width of 56in to 161in and also offers 215° body rotation and 360° continuous pad rotation.
