GIANT TIRE RETREADING AND DISPOSAL

Founded in 1958 by James V. and Marie McDonald and currently owned and operated by their youngest son Jimmy D. McDonald: McDonald Tire has been in business for 49 years in San Antonio, Texas. We have extensive knowledge of tires, from passenger to large Off The Road (OTR) tires. We are one of few vulcanizing shops in Texas. We specialize in large haul tires and disposal.

OFF-THE-ROAD PRECURE RETREAD MATERIALS

Your business is as diverse as the work sites your equipment must perform on. Continuum brand retread materials offer exactly what you need for replacing worn equipment tires. Our wide array of tread products can meet the most demanding of off-the-road environments. Continuum products offer a great-looking high-performance tire solution. Manufactured in a facility that is ISO 9001:2000 certified, Continuum ensures quality and reliability are built into every tread product.

WHY RETREAD?

For most fleets, tires represent the third largest item in their operating budget, right after labor and fuel costs. Retread tires are a reliable and safe solution providing significant savings. Choosing a retread is an environmentally-friendly choice as your tire casings are re-used and less rubber is used to create a new tire.

THE PRECURE RETREAD ADVANTAGE

There are several methods for retreading tires including mold cure and sculpturing. Continuum brand retread materials bring you the advantage of high-performance compounding with the flexibility to accommodate changing casing sizes. Value tires, as good as new in appearance - that is the Continuum story.

CONTINUUM TREADS WE STOCK

There is a full line of Continuum tread products. You can speak to a service representative for your individual needs. If they do not have what you need, we can design it with our state-of-the-art computer controlled cut tread machine.
