Established in 2002, Lawlyn is a young rapidly growing company of professionals with in-depth knowledge in OTR tyre repairs and systems. We manufacture OTR vulcanising systems and repair compounds. Our vulcanising systems include control panels, harness assembly, air bags, heat pads, filler bags and curing fabric. Lawlyn repair compounds and products include sectional repair units, cements and repair rope.

VULCANIZING OF EARTH MOVER REPAIRS

We offer vulcanizing of all earth mover repairs ranging from 24in to 63in radial and cross ply tyres:

• Simple to operate
• Transfer of heat and pressure from inside outside
• Curing both plug and patch in one operation
• Easy to transport for on-site repairs
• Operates at 2.5Kpa
• Low curing temperature (130°C)

CONTROL UNITS

The control unit is fitted with temperature controls, timer, two air gauges and air regulator with auto air-relieving differential control (220V / 240V single phase).

AIR BAGS

The inner tubes are made from a special butyl compound covered in a special heat resistant elastic material ensuring an even pressure over the repaired area. The air bags have an operating pressure of 2.5Kpa. Our specialized air bags are made to fit all conveyer belt vulcanizing equipment.

HEAT PADS FOR TYRE STACKING

Made from special heat resistant rubber compounds these heat pads have total flexibility to conform to the inner radius of the tyre. Our specialized heat pads are made to fit all conveyer belt vulcanizing equipment.

FILLER BAGS

Constructed of a hardy but flexible fabric and filled with a special filler allowing it to conform to the area required when stacking in the tyre with out collapsing when applying pressure to the air bags.

TYRE HARNESS

The harness is made from a special fabric with double strength straps for safety.

CURING FABRIC

A curing fabric specially treated to prevent adhesion to the compounds and repair unit in the vulcanizing process leaving a perfect finish on the repair unit and plug.

SECTIONAL REPAIR UNITS FOR RADIAL AND CROSS PLY TYRES

The sectional repair units are constructed of special compounds and reinforced cords to with stand severe operational conditions. Available for both radial and cross ply tyres. Manufactured to internationally accepted standards.

VULCANIZING CEMENT

This high-quality vulcanizing cement incorporates both a high-tech formula for bonding rubber to steel and or rubber to rubber.

ROPE RUBBER

Rope rubber - specially designed to have a long scorch (flow time) enhancing the "wetting" of the carcass allowing the bond to develop to an optimum level.
