LAS ZIRH - Tyre Protection Chains and Traction Chain Link-Ring Systems

LAS ZIRH was established in 1978 as a family company specialising in tyre protection chains, including its 10 x 10 Ultra Deca traction chain link-ring system, and heavy-duty traction chains for earth movers and trucks. It is the first and only tyre protection chain manufactured in Turkey, the Balkans and the Middle East.

LAS ZIRH manufactures tyre protection chains in its modern factory in Istanbul and its new production plant in Ankara with its own brand name, patent, design and engineering, and to quality standard certificates EN-TSE 663 and ISO 9001-2000.

The company's tyre protection chains are currently in use on five continents and in more than 50 countries. LAS ZIRH has more than 2,000 end users in open pit and underground mining, tunnelling, quarrying, recycling, cement plants, forestry, earth moving, hot slag operations, scrap yards, and metal and glass works.

Universal tyre protection chains

The X 12 model is suitable for small to medium power machines with engine power from 80cv up to 175cv which operate in light services. Tyre sizes range from 8.25 – 15 up to 23.5 × 25.

For very high power machines with engine power more than 350cv which operate in very heavy services, choose the X 18. Available for tyre sizes ranging from 29.5 × 25 up to 45/65-45.

For very high power machines with engine power more than 350cv which operate in very heavy services, the X 20 is ideal. Available for tyre sizes ranging from 45/65-45 up to 59/80-63.

Superstone mining tyre chains

This X 14 model of tyre protection chain is ideal for medium power machines with engine power from 80cv up to 175cv which operate in medium level services. Tyre sizes range from 14.00 × 24 up to 26.5 × 25.

For medium power machines with engine power from 80cv up to 175cv which operate in medium level services, the X 16 model is ideal. Tyre sizes range from 15.5 × 25 up to 26.5 × 25.

Royalrock mining tyre protection chains

For medium to high power machines with engine power from 175cv up to 350cv which operate in medium and heavy services, LAS ZIRH offers the X 16. This model is available in sizes from 23.5 × 25 up to 35/65-33.

The X 18 model is for high power machines with engine power of more than 350cv which operate in heavy services. This model is available for tyre sizes from 26.5 × 25 up to 45/65-45.

The X 20 model is suited for high power machines with engine power of more than 350cv which operate in heavy services. Tyre sizes start at 45/65-45 to 59/80-63.
