HOW DOES IT WORK?

Ride-On Tyre Protection System (TPS) tyre sealants make any tyre into a self-sealing tyre. While you drive, Ride-On evenly coats the inner surface of your tyre, helping to eliminate air leaks and seal punctures. The Heavy Duty Off-Road formula (HDOTR) tyre sealant seals punctures up to 1/2in (12.7mm), while the Commercial High Speed (CHS) formula tyre sealant seals punctures up to ¼in (6.35mm) in diameter.

Ride-On TPS tyre sealant coats the inner surface of the tyre and absorbs the heat from the tread surface and conducts it to the thinner sidewalls which are capable of dissipating heat more effectively. This helps eliminate porosity leaks and detrimental oxidation.

Ride-On contains corrosion inhibitors that protect steel and aluminum wheels and tyre belts against rust. Ride-On can be installed in just minutes. It is biodegradable, environmentally friendly, non-explosive and non-flammable. It is effective from -40ºF (-40ºC) to more than 203ºF (95ºC).

Heavy Duty Off-Road™ Formula (HDOTR™)tyre sealant is designed for off-the-road vehicles that require extra protection in extreme operating conditions. HDOTR™ was designed for use on any vehicle mission-critical vehicle that travels less than 30mph. The HDOTR™ formula tyre sealant offers protection against punctures from objects up to 1/2in in diameter. It is ideal for skid steers, scrappers, graders, mining and logging vehicles. Ride-On TPS Commercial High Speed™ Formula (CHS™) tyre sealant is a revolutionary gel that helps balance tyres and turn them into self-sealing tyres. Ride-On CHS™ tyre sealant prevents flat tyres, seals punctures, slow leaks, and repairs tyres. It also helps tyres maintain their pressure up to 500% better than untreated tyres.
