We have developed revolutionary specialised OTR tyre repair techniques and procedures which, when combined with special materials, can return part worn tyres back into service that have been considered non-repairable by most used tyre repair experts. Oversized casings rejected for re-treading can be treated in the same way, giving a second life and reducing your costs - this is why we can guarantee to save mine and quarry operators a minimum of 20% on their tyre costs before we even visit them.

We use materials which are not freely on sale as some are exclusive to our process, including the repair of the steel in the tyres with new steel or a steel aspect alternative; also we have developed to our own specifications our rubber fusion plant and equipment.

OTR TYRE SERVICE

We can supply men, equipment and knowledge to your location to return your scrap tyre dump back into service however long it takes, be it weeks, months or years.

COMPLETE TYRE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

For large and long-term contracts we can install a complete retread tyre management system, including all equipment, training of your own staff and give you assured supply of materials and back up to carry out your own repairs.

USED TYRE RETREADING

We also advise on re-treadability and costs on re-treading, or if re-treading is not an option we will buy your unwanted or oversized casings.

On a recent inspection of a mine's OTR tyre dump of 370 tyres, we were able to advise that we could repair and put back into service over 30 tyres that had previously been considered irrepairable.

At another mine where the practice was to run the tyres 100% down to the wires, we advised that if they only run the tyres 90% we could then repair them where necessary, then re-tread the tyre so that the mine would get another 80% use from the tyres.

By utilising our services mines and quarries have everything to gain and nothing to lose. All the used tyres in the pictures were repaired and put back into service.
