Contyre Comtrade is a diverse company with a strong presence in the Earthmover (OTR) tyre market. We produce conveyor belts, cold vulcanizing solutions and vibration control pads for the mining industry. We cater to a vast range of clients on a global scale, and utilise more than 50 years' experience and a dedicated team to assist you in your needs related to solving your tyre applications, conveyor belt material handling issues or acoustic problems. EARTHMOVER OTR TYRESWe maintain a dedicated stock of earthmover OTR tyres for various clients, offering a wide range of tyre patterns and sizes. In particular, we stock the Dunlop range of bias earthmover tyres, enabling us to meet specific customer wishes and requirements. We will soon have the capacity to offer our customers a wide range of radial earthmover tyres, ranging up to 40.00R57, 36.00R 51, 45/65R45, 40/65R45, all these ranges of tyres will be available in a phased manner from 2008. CONVEYOR BELTS AND MATERIAL HANDLING ACCESSORRIESWe have supplied mining conveyor belts to the majority of the major end users in the Indian market since our company was established half a century ago. This includes steel plants, power plants, ports, lignite mines and coal mines .In 2003 we expanded our markets and started catering to the needs of various end users globally. We maintain a wide range of stock at our warehouses located in eastern and western India. Our range of conveyor belts is as follows:
Other products within our range include pulleys, idlers and pulley lagging. CONVEYOR BELT COLD VULCANIZING SOLUTIONSAdditionally, we offer a range of solutions and adhesives for our mining products. We manufacture a two-part synthetic rubber-based adhesive, which is extremely useful for rubber conveyor belt jointing and patching. This allows repair of conveyor belts and rubber-to-metal bonding applications such as pulley rubber lining, tank and vessel lining. The solution is available in 1L and 5L tin cans with the hardener in a separate 56g bottle. Also, we have developed an I-20 grade solution for rubber to metal application; this is specifically suited for pulley lagging and other rubber to metal bonding applications.
