Chemvulc manufactures specialised tyre repair materials for repairing tubes and passenger, truck and OTR tyres. Chemical Vulcanizing Systems Pty (Ltd) "Chemvulc" was established in 1977. With three production facilities, we developed our products around the extreme conditions encountered by our customers: hot climates, high tyre-mileage, poor road-conditions, and intensive mining operations in remote areas. • Black vulcanising cement - high-quality black vulcanising cement incorporates a high-tech formula for bonding rubber to steel
• CV 4000 and 2002 cold vulcanizing cement - cement / hardener mixture can be used for all rubber to metal, rubber to rubber, fabric to fabric bonds and cold conveyor belt repairs and patching material
• A+B compound - a two-part self-vulcanising rubber compound which when mixed, cures to a tough resilient rubber and is used for cuts and other rubber damage
• Plasto cement - plasto can be used for cold splicing of PVC belts, polyurathane and PVC sheetings, PVC sheeting can be bonded to metal
