Beltyre specialises in the delivery and repair of earthmover tyres. We provide new tyres as well as second-hand tyres. We have our own label for refurbished (remoulded) tyres and can deliver any current size and profile. In addition, we can remould your own casing upon request. NEW OTR TYRES

We hold large stocks of new, used and remoulded tyres, both radial and diagonal and in sizes from small, such as 15.5R25, up to the large 4000R57.

If we have not got what you are looking for, we are able to supply the tyres you need quite quickly through our international contacts, or we can suggest an alternative.

The brands we sell are: Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Yokohama, General, Toyo, Belshina and Continental.

POLYURETHANE-FILLED TYRES

As well as tyre supply we specialise in filling tyres with polyurethane. Polyurethane-filled tyres are mainly used in demanding conditions where the interruption of machine operation is not permitted. The risk of machine downtime due to punctures is thus eliminated.

EARTHMOVER TYRE DELIVERY

At Beltyre the customer is king. We make every effort to achieve and maintain as much customer satisfaction as possible. Wherever in the world you want your tyres to be delivered, we shall see to it. We cooperate with several shipping companies, which enables us to provide transport at a very competitive price.

REFURBISHED / REMOULDED TYRES AND CASINGS

We can remould your casings in the desired profile, but you may also buy a complete set of remoulded tyres with casings. We are always looking for good casings. If you have a number of casings you want to sell, please contact us and we shall come and inspect them.

RIMS FOR HEAVY INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES

Our line also includes rims for heavy industrial vehicles. We not only sell them, we provide technical advice.

DISPOSAL OF OLD TYRES

We can dispose of your old EM tyres according to environmental laws. To do this, we work with Recytyre, a waste management organization for refuse tyres created on 9th February, 1998 by tyre manufacturers and importers with several groups represented within FEDERAUTO.

EARTHMOVER TYRE REPAIR

Since we also repair tyres, we have a wide selection of used tyres. Our clients are sometimes unable to wait for the repair. They purchase new or refurbished tyres, in which case we exchange their old tyres and sell them as used tyres after remoulding.

Antileakage - your tyre is partly filled with this fluid. All small lesions, up to 6mm, are automatically mended.

All EM tyres are repaired by warm vulcanization in an autoclave. We circulate dry air combined with high pressure, which has the advantage of guaranteeing a higher quality of vulcanization.
