Advanced Watertek - Brackish and Seawater Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purifying solutions for the Mining Industry

Advanced Watertek is a world leader in reverse osmosis (RO) desalination or watermakers - the safe, reliable, cost-effective technology for converting brackish or sea water into fresh water.

With two decades of RO experience and a strong commitment to quality and innovation, we design, manufacture commission, maintain and service state-of-the-art reverse osmosis desalination systems that are easy to operate and easy to maintain.

The advantages of Advanced Watertek systems include:

  • Superior quality components
  • Outstanding reliability
  • Advanced technology and simple design
  • Easy to operate and maintain
  • Competitive prices
  • Custom-designed RO systems for brackish and seawater
  • Compact systems: skid-mounted, trailer-mounted or containerised RO solutions
  • Various capacities: 10,000 to 4 million litres per day (3,000 to 1 million US gallons)

BRACKISH WATER REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) SYSTEMS

Brackish water contains relatively unacceptable level of dissolved salts and minerals. TDS in raw water can range from 1,000 to 10,000ppm, in extreme cases up to 15,000ppm.

Each system is custom designed according to raw water quality and customer requirements. We design and manufacture both skid-mounted and containerised RO systems. Our brackish water RO system capacities range from 10,000 to 4 million litres per day (3,000 to 1 million US gallons).

SEA WATER REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) SYSTEMS

Generally, sea water RO systems are used for treating any water which has TDS in excess of 15,000ppm. Our seawater desalination RO systems are designed to treat water TDS up to 48,000ppm.

We manufacture both containerised and skid-mounted seawater reverse osmosis systems. We also cater for limited spaces in ships with custom engineered modular units. Our seawater RO system capacities range from 2,000 to 800,000 litres per day (500 to 200,000 US gallons).

FILTRATION / DISINFECTION SYSTEMS

We also produce a vast number of filtration-disinfection treatment systems for all types of camps such as mining and military. Such systems are designed to purify water from wells, lakes or rivers. Each system is custom engineered to the client's specific needs and the raw water source.

SPARE PARTS AND CONSUMABLES

We stock a large range of filtration, disinfection and RO components and consumables which can be purchased separately at any time and shipped anywhere in the world. All components and consumables used in our systems are from world leading manufacturers. They are standard items that can be procured from all over the world.

OVER TWO DECADES OF EXPERIENCE AND TOTAL COMMITMENT

Your Advanced Watertek system is backed by over twenty years of hands on experience, plus our total commitment to quality, reliability, efficiency and superior service covering every RO system.

Since 1984, we’ve been leaders in the water making industry, designing and constructing RO systems to meet the demands of the world’s harshest conditions in such arid countries like the Middle East.

While the proven design and superior quality of our systems ensure virtually trouble-free operation and minimal maintenance, we nevertheless provide the highest level of after-sales service and technical support.

Our systems have been tried, tested and proven in every kind of application and location to ensure that you enjoy the benefits of top performance, minimal maintenance and low-cost operation from all of our watermakers.
