Turbo Air Technology (formerly known as Turbo-Lufttechnik Pty Ltd) specialises in the design and manufacture of fans, blowers and ductwork for all industrial and mining applications throughout Australia and internationally.

In conjunction with fans, we also design and manufacture associated system ductwork including bends, elbows, transitions and straights, as well as silencers and acoustic / thermal insulation which can all be supplied as a package. Turbo Air Technology understands that what appears on paper and the computer screen will not always be the same when applied to physical measurements. Therefore, when a customer orders a fan and ductwork from two different companies, the measurements may appear correct based on the design but quite often lead to the fan and ductwork not always fitting on-site. To eliminate this potential and costly problem, Turbo Air Technologies can undertake a 'trial fit' to ensure that the items will assemble correctly on-site.

Spiral lockseam duct fittings

Turbo Air Technology offers a complete range of standard commercial and industrial spiral lockseam duct fittings and custom fabrications designed to meet all standard specifications.

These duct fittings can be used on applications such as commercial air-conditioning, fume control, underground mine ventilation and circular formwork. Advantages of a spiral lockseam duct include short manufacture time and easy installation.

Spiral lockseam duct fittings are available in various materials and thicknesses, including galvanised G60-G90, stainless 304 to 316, copper and carbon steel GR250 to 350.

Spiral welded pipe

Turbo Air Technology manufactures spiral welded pipe to handle positive and negative pressure in numerous industrial applications such as mineral processing pipe work, wastewater treatment piping, bulk material handling, auger casings, dust control ductwork and pneumatic conveying systems.

Advantages of spiral welded pipe include lightweight piping, manufactured from strip steel to any diameter, and custom components which can be engineered for specific applications.

Spiral welded pipe is available in many materials including carbon steel GR250 to 350, stainless 304 to 316 and 3CR12.
