TUBEFORMER 2020 FOR MINING VENTILATION DUCTS

PLASMACUTTER CUTLASS METAL PLATE CUTTER

With the selection of the appropriate plasma power supply and tools, thin (0.5mm) as well as medium sheet metal plates (12mm) can be marked, centre drilled and cut in the SPIRO Plasmacutter Cutlass.

CURVECUTTER METAL CUTTER

This machine is designed especially to cut out segments from a blank, e.g. one elbow 200mm with four segments is cut in one path within 15 seconds.

The Stitchwelder 1000 and the new Stitchwelder 1270 produce a high quality welded seam which does not alter the quality of the welded material. No more burnt galvanizing, which means less finishing work, no sealing and no paint will be required.

GORELOCKER FOR SEGMENT BENDS, REDUCTIONS, END COVERS AND OFFSETS

The well thought-out design allows not only the manufacture of segment bends, reductions, end covers and offsets, but also the attachment of cams for the well-known METU system and the attachment of special contours on fitting ends.
