MINING TURNSTILES – THE TRIUMPH 4 WITH ROTALOK LOCKING MECHANISM

The Triumph 4 full-height turnstile is by far the most widely used turnstile in all types of African mines.

The unit is available as a single or double turnstile, finished either in exterior grade powder coat or hot-dip galvanised. The unit can also be supplied in 304 grade or 316 grade stainless steel.

This turnstile has an established reputation of delivering cost-free, fault-free service year after year, even in the harshest environments with high traffic volumes. The Triumph 4 will work with all access control and time management systems and is provided complete for easy installation.

The Rotalok rotation locking mechanism needs no routine maintenance, and the Rotarun perpetual base bearing is 100% corrosion resistant and needs zero maintenance.

The Tribune maximum security unit is a full-height single turnstile that delivers the highest levels of security available from a turnstile. Designed for use with biometric access systems, the Tribune provides 100% validation of all entry and exit transactions. The Tribune’s unique design entirely eliminates buddy-clocking and piggy-backing.

TRAFFIC MASTER - HIGH ENDURANCE AUTOMATIC VEHICLE BARRIERS

Traffic Master automatic vehicle barriers are multi-purpose barriers used for controlling high-volume access for all types of vehicles. With an all-weather cabinet of powder coated 3CR12 steel, the Traffic Master is available with barrier arm lengths from 3m to 6m. Articulated barrier arms are available for installations with low ceilings.

TALON ROAD SPIKE UNITS - MAXIMUM SECURITY BARRIERS

Talon automatic road-spike units are maximum security barriers that control access for all types of vehicles. The all-weather cabinet is made of powder coated 3CR12 steel and the road-spike housing is hot-dip galvanised.

Designed for mounting on a roadway’s surface, the Talon barrier is available with barrier arm and road-spikes in lengths from 3m to 6m.
