PZP-KOBRA AND PP-PYTON STAGE LOADERS

The PZP-KOBRA stage loader is designed for receiving output from the longwall and to pass it to belt conveyors of the main haulage.

The PP-PYTON chain conveyor is designed for receiving output from the longwall or the head of other driven gallery. The conveyor may be moving along with a longwall advance or a head of gallery, or may be a stationary haulage device. Application of this conveyor radically decreases frequency of flitting works of maingate devices and their preparation for the next cycle of work.

WARAN AND ZBIK BELT CONVEYOR TURNING STATIONS

WARANaran turning stations cooperate in the haulage line with a belt conveyor. It is an intermediate element between a belt conveyor and a stage loader.

BELT CONVEYORS COOPERATING WITH ROADHEADERS - PDT-SIGMA, PTB-BOA I PRT-SIGMA

The PDT-SIGMA modular belt conveyor is an intermediate element between a winning machine and another haulage machine. It is designed for the haulage of excavated material from a winning machine to another belt or chain conveyor or to mining cars.

The PTB-BOA belt feeder serves the haulage of excavated material from a winning machine to another haulage machine or mean of transport.

The PDT-SIGMA modular belt conveyor is an element of a stationary haulage. It serves the haulage of excavated material with maximal permitted inclination of ±25°. One of elements of the feeder is a tensioning system which enables periodical lengthening or shortening of a conveyor structure.

FLITTING UNITS FOR SHIFTING DRIVES OF LONGWALL CONVEYORS AND STAGE LOADERS

Flitting unit ABA is designed for shifting every type of stage loader, also for when a crusher is mounted over the paneline. This device may be used in galleries where spragging on side walls or on the roof is possible.

Flitting unit LEGWAN is designed for chainless shifting of mining devices and equipment with the application of a servomotor fastened to shifting devices by articulated joint through the ratchet mechanism and bars.

TRANSPORT CARRYING UNIT FOR ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT WITH HYDRAULIC SHIFTING UNIT

Transport carrying unit is designed for transporting mining devices and equipment along the overhead monorail. Modular construction of the railway enables various configurations its modules according to the customer needs and requirements.

GEKON WORKING FOOT-PACE

Gekon-500 working foot-pace serves mining roadways e.g. during maintenance works, assembling or withdrawal of support arches, lifting of slings for railway, pipelines or other equipment. It may also serve in any works that may not be led immediately from the roadway floor.

DEVICES FOR DRAWING OFF ROADWAY ARCH SUPPORTS

UDR-MAMUT serves in withdrawing works in mining roadways. It enables the support of arches, disassembling of connectors and safe withdrawal of arches without the necessity of people close to the working area during drawing off operation.

WL-SIGMA 900 VENTILATION PIPE FANS

Ventilation pipe fan is designed for a separated sucking or compressing ventilation system of mining galleries (e.g. in hard coal or copper ore mines).

SEPARATING-DEWATERING DEVICES

USO-SIGMA separator is designed for cleaning mining water contained in sedimentation tanks, sumps etc. from suspended solids before the water is pumped to dewatering pipelines or other tanks.

GATE-END SUPPORT

Gate-end support OSK_SIGMA SIGMA is designed for supporting the roof at the intersection of the longwall and gates. The device contains a flitting unit enabling its movement along the face advance.
