SEPARATION AND BENEFICATION EQUIPMENT

Roche Mining (MT) manufacture and distribute their specialised mineral processing equipment worldwide from facilities at Carrara in Australia, Richards Bay in South Africa and Belo Horizonte in Brazil. The equipment includes:

PROCESS ENGINEERING SERVICES

Roche Mining (MT) will translate ideas into fully operational processing solutions. From resolving pumping difficulties, to the design and commissioning of complex mineral processing plants, we work with clients to provide the optimum plant. We assist in the development of projects from preliminary exploration and feasibility study to detailed design, commissioning, de-bottlenecking and plant expansion, as project consultants, on EPCM contracts or a turnkey basis. Specific expertise exists in the design of floating concentrator plants, mineral separation plants, trommels and other engineered products for the mineral sands industry.

PRODUCT SUPPORT SERVICES

Knowledgeable engineers are available to assist with operation and equipment problems. Service contracts and structured service-exchange programmes on Carrara, Kelsey and Reading products ensures regular maintenance and upgrading of equipment to an 'as new' condition with predetermined pricing agreements.
