News from Gekko Offices Across the Globe

Our offices have been very busy these last 12 months. The South African office celebrated its ten-year anniversary on February 10 at the Pigalle restaurant in Johannesburg.

Distinguished guests included Ted da Silva from Gold Fields, Allan Muir from AngloGold Ashanti. The Kloof P500 commissioning team (Alex, Stephane, Ben and Paul) also enjoyed the wine and beers.

Our Canada base also has its 10-year anniversary coming up in the next few months. The office has been incredibly focused on exciting installations in Mexico for La Cienega - purchasers of our first Mexican ILR, and other big projects such as Alamos and Detour Gold.
In the past year the Chile office has enjoyed great successes in the face of a recovering market. Highlights include a successful plant installation in the remote interior of Brazil and our first ILR sale into the same country.

Excellent client feedback is evidence to us that the Chilean office is enabling us to deliver a higher level of support to customers in this very important region. Now boasting a passionate multi-lingual team, we are looking forward to the challenges to come.

At Head Office, we are all systems go with many orders going through the factory.

Also, we celebrated our 15-year anniversary in August at the Palais in Daylesford. In March we celebrated Harmony Day at Wednesday lunch, which recognised the diverse cultures and relationships that we have at Gekko.
