Gekko Systems Expands Services Group

Gekko Systems is excited to announce it has expanded its Services Group.

Staff numbers in this area have tripled in the last 12 months, reflecting the high demand for Gekko's technical skills and after-sales support.d to announce it has expanded its services group.

Gekko's technical leadership in the areas of gold flowsheet design, gravity separation, concentrate treatment plants, pre-concentration systems and test work protocols and programs is supported and enhanced by the growing services team.

Also, in line with the company's goals of achieving step-change benefits and successful installations for customers, the spares and after-sales support team has also been strengthened and refocused.

Long-term customers of Gekko will be delighted to hear that Peter Gray has re-joined Gekko Systems, after managing Unity Mining's Kangaroo Flat Plant in Bendigo, and has taken up the position of Technical Services Manager. Peter has immense experience working for Gekko and operating plants that utilise Gekko equipment.

Peter has just returned from a training visit at the Three-Mile Hill gold mine in WA, where he reviewed operations and maintenance processes, and delivered a "very successful training course" to the production, mechanical and electrical personnel.

Kevin Jones, maintenance superintendant, commented: "It was great to have Peter on-site to help us get a better appreciation for our ILR and its capabilities."
