Mozley Group - Hydrocyclone Systems, Enhanced Gravity Separation and Multi-Gravity Separators (MGS)Mozley Group (fomerly Axsia Mozley) is a world leading company in the supply of separation equipment and minerals processing packages. Its primary focus is utilising hydrocyclones and enhanced gravity separation equipment to provide elegant and cost competitive solutions to separation problems in almost all areas of minerals processing. The company specialises in working with our customers to help identify their needs and provide complete, quality solutions to individual separation problems. Mozley Group can provide comprehensive services from the supply of laboratory and test equipment to reliable, robust and cost effective units for large scale minerals processing. Mozley Group is part of the US based NATCO Group and is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. HYDROCYCLONES AND HYDROCYCLONE SYSTEMSMozley hydrocyclones are widely used throughout the world for wet processing applications where classification, desanding, desliming, thickening or dewatering of streams are required. Mozley has developed a range of highly compact, lightweight and cost effective packaging arrangements for our Sandspin and Microspin hydrocyclones, delivering capacities meeting all needs. All are designed for reliability, high performance and optimum efficiency, with simple installation and maintenance requirements. Mozley hydrocyclones can be supplied in a range of materials and built to various specifications to ensure client requirements are met. Cyclones can be supplied in a wide range of sizes: from 10mm 'Microspins' capable of cut points of 2µm to 3µm; to hydrocyclones of 24in diameter and larger, each capable of treating very large flowrates. Mozley can also supply a range of ancillary equipment such as splitter boxes, screens, pumps, instruments and underflow launders. ENHANCED GRAVITY SEPARATION AND MULTI-GRAVITY SEPARATORS (MGS)Mozley Multi-Gravity Separators (MGS) are specifically designed for the efficient separation and upgrading of fine metals and minerals, particularly in the particle range 2µm to 200µm. They are used throughout the world to increase the recovery of a wide range of metals, oxides, sulphides and industrial minerals such as tin, gold, tantalum, copper, chromite, zinc and barytes. Use of the MGS also allows the cleaning of previously untreatable fine coals and waste materials, without the aid of environmentally harmful chemicals or reagents and with low water and power use. Three MGS units are available: the laboratory sized C900; the widely utilised C902 machine and the MeGaSep, which is capable of treating between 20tph to 40tph solids. LABORATORY MINERAL SEPARATORSThe C800 Mozley laboratory separator is widely recognised as an invaluable tool for the quick and efficient separation of mineral grains of close specific gravity. They can be used for release analysis and the production of grade recovery curves for the assessment of MGS, slime table and sand table performance. Two trays are available: the 'V' profile tray with 'end knock'; and the flat tray. The 'V' profile is used for higher SG ranges and larger particles sizes, whereas the flat tray is capable of making very efficient separations of samples finer than 100µm. Mozley also offers C700 and C705 hydrocyclone test rigs, plus the C900 MGS separator for use in trials either at the client's site or at our Gloucester laboratories. All are available for sale or hire on a monthly basis. WATER TREATMENT AND LIQUID / LIQUID HYDROCYCLONESEfficient removal of oil from water prior to discharge or disposal is becoming an increasingly important environmental issue for many industries. Mozley can supply, in conjunction with our parent company, a wide range of water treatment equipment, such as our 'Oilspin' liquid / liquid hydrocyclone or Tripack CPI vessels. These can reduce oil to a few mg/l, with no moving parts and minimal operating and maintenance costs.
