VIBRATING SCREEN CLOTH / DOUBLE CRUMPED MESH

The vibrating screens are manufactured with fold / edge preparation of aperture size from 1mm to 150mm, in wire sizes from 1mm to 20mm in high carbon, high tensile spring steel, low carbon, mild carbon, galvanised steel and stainless steel. All are available in non-magnetic type 304, 304L, 309, 310, 316, 316L, 317, 321, 330, 347, and magnetic alloys 410 and 430 or as per customer specifications.

Also known as pre-crimped woven wire cloth, the vibrating screens are made with wire cloth woven of pre-crimped wires that provide accurate openings and are woven tighter than the plain weave.

Double crimped meshes are commonly used for screening operations in smaller openings and critical sizing. There are different types of double crimped meshes such as double weave, scalping weave or lock crimp, double lock crimp, flat top lock weave and intermediate crimp for different kinds of applications in various types of apertures, sizes and metals.

PUNCH PLATE / PERFORATED SHEETS

Larger feedstock may require a different type of mesh. Punched steel plate, usually available in mild, heavy duty or hard-ox, can increase production and reduce downtime and costs in heavier duty or scalping applications. The issue of a lower effective screening area due to the spacing and shape of apertures has been addressed with the use of computerised laser cutting techniques. This results in a balance between screen strength and efficiency with a profitable conclusion.

SS WELDED MESH

SS welded mesh is made up of longitudinal and transverse wires that are spot welded to create a grid. The longitudinal wires usually lie on the top during application to facilitate an easy flow of material. The hooks on the ends hold the SS welded mesh in tension on the deck over support bars covered in rubber. As with woven mesh, the size and shape of SS welded mesh aperture can be either bespoke or standard, depending on the application.

SELF CLEANING HARP MESH

Also known as flexi screens, piano wires or Z-screen self cleaning harp mesh is most effective for sticky and damp conditions. The harp mesh is made of undulating wire of alternating longitude, held together by a binding of woven transverse wire that maintains the integrity of the surface. Our harp mesh is usually made of spring steel to allow a natural movement to develop during operations. The harp mesh has a higher percentage of open area resulting in decreased blinding and higher productivity.
