The Schenck Process product range covers single- and double-deck screens with screen areas of 1,300mm to 2,500mm width and 4,000mm to 7,000mm length (individual sizes on request), with a guaranteed life of 15,000 operating hours.

The drive concept of the RotaClass® circular-motion vibro screen has been improved by new oil-lubricated rotary exciter cells for even greater efficiency and long-term stability of the machine.

MULTICOR® K PULVERIZED COAL FEEDING SYSTEMS

Designed as enclosed systems for accurate feeding operations, the MULTICOR® K pulverized coal feeder can be used to optimize the performance of a rotary kiln in a cement plant in accordance with economical and ecological specifications. For this highly critical area, Schenck Process has developed a 10bar shock-pressure-proof variant operating on the principle of the Coriolis force measurement. The quick measurement value acquisition in MULTICOR® K and the resulting high control quality set the pace for feed constancy.

VIBRATING COOLERS

Do you need to cool coal, red-hot sponge iron briquettes, hot brown coal coke, red-hot ashes or slag effectively and efficiently? We have different system solutions available to suit the task.

Cooling by direct or indirect heat transmission - here we provide various different solutions: with carrier gas, in a vibrating fluidised bed, by spraying or in a water bath. The vibrating coolers are optionally installed on free vibrators or resonance systems.

BELT WEIGHERS, HOPPER SCALES AND ROAD WEIGHBRIDGES

Belt weighers are used for continuous acquisition of material amounts and feed rates in belt conveyor applications. Their rugged design and direct installation ensure a high degree of operating safety and reliability. Typical scenarios are throughput and consumption measurement in production plants, balancing of amounts fed and discharged, reporting of load limits, and batching in loading stations.

Schenck Process also offers hopper scales for the filling of solids and liquids. The measuring range starts from 100kg and can be extended to 1,000t, for large hoppers and silos.

Road weighbridges are designed for the acquisition of loads on road and rail vehicles, input/output weighing, loading control and checking of maximum totals weight. No deep and expensive foundations are required. The weighbridges are offered with various platform types, dimensions and capacities. Installation and commissioning are offered at a favourable price package.
