Norris offers a complete line of stainless steel profile wire and polyurethane screen media for vibrating screens or static screening applications. We also offer custom engineered and fabricated components, shipped complete and ready for installation. Our products include Tabor-Thane™ patented modular screening media which is available in stainless profile wire, polyurethane, woven wire or perforated plate in addition to a complete line of wear accessories for your OEM vibrating screen. POLYURETHANE SCREENINGOur patented Tabor-Thane polyurethane screening systems can be used on most OEM vibrating screen manufacturers' equipment for sizing, rinsing and dewatering your product. We also offer hybrid screen decking available in woven wire, perforated plate and profile wire to maximize the efficiency of your screen. For plugging problems, our non-plugging design is an excellent choice for near size particles. Unlike zee slot panels that have an array of mid size and half size holes, our non-plugging design offers consistent product sizing. We offer the following advantages:
Installing our modular system is simple and easy and it can be installed directly with pin and leg style panels. Panels are installed in stringers that are stocked in carbon or stainless steel for corrosive environments. Modular cross dams can be placed anywhere on deck to maximize rinsing or turning of material or retarding flow. Standard heights are 1in, 1.5in and 2in. PROFILE WIRE SCREENINGProfile wire screen panels can be fabricated for all OEM equipment. Vibrating screens, sluice drain screens and static DSM sieve bends are all readily available.
