HEAT TREATED PERFORATED SCREEN PLATES

Hendrick Manufacturing screens are heat treated after perforating to create hardness and abrasion resistance. This results in extra long screen life. Customers benefit from less plant shutdown time during replacements, as there are fewer screens to replace. We also offer a lower screen cost, per ton material screened.

We have a choice of screen shape to provide more accurate screening. Customers may select square, round, hexagonal or slotted perforations, which remain uniform.

EXCELLENT SCREENING FREQUENCY WITH LESS CHANCE OF BLINDING

The open area of perforated plate is equal to wire cloth. Perforations are staggered in the direction of the flow of material being screened.

The perforated screen plate ensures full clearance. Perforations are slightly tapered and are wider at the bottom than the top. Hendrick Manufacturing screens are easier to patch, meaning that costly shutdowns during shifts can be avoided.
