Superflow Flip-Flow Screen Mats

EUROGOMMA entered the business of flip-flow screening in the early 90s offering a very wide product range to customers at competitive pricing.
During the past years our company realised that some technical problems had to be solved in flip-flow screening:
- Screen mats need an elevated open area to perform well. However wide open area often causes the structural weakness of the screen mat with consequent short operative life
- In spite of the flip-flow movement some screening openings – especially when processing fine sticky material – suffer of blinding. Of course, this problem terribly reduces the screening efficiency of the machine.
This system guarantees wide open area together strong structure and terribly reduces blinding problems thanks to the peculiar flexible ribs.
