Under the brand name FiReP®, the Beltec-Rockbolt Systems Group of company’s, offer customers and partners a range of solutions using fibreglass reinforced polymers. In the field of Rockbolting Systems, Reinforcement, Formwork-Tie Rods and Special applications, our well founded know how covers all aspects from development to production and application. Fibre Reinforced Polymer - our fibreglass reinforced plastic (GRP) is the solution for high technical requirements.

A unique product range made of Polyester, Epoxi and Vinylester resins for permanent and temporary applications are available:

• All threaded FiReP® FRP rebars from 12mm-40mm diameter
• All threaded FiReP® stirrups and cages
• All threaded FiReP® FRP hollow bars from up to 40mm diameter, for 450Nm torque and injection pressure up to 300 bars
• Complete range of accessories made of different polymers, stainless steel and hybrid solutions

FiReP® is the world’s leading FRP product concerning chemical resistance and mechanical properties. All products including bended parts are produced with a unique and standardised thread, optimized to the purpose of reinforcement and rockbolting.

FIREP® ROCKBOLTING SYSTEMS

Glass-fibre reinforced polymer (GRP) opens a broad range of potential applications. Rockbolt Systems AG (Switzerland) markets FiReP® rockbolting systems, produced with state-of-the-art manufacturing methods.

Three types of FiReP® rockbolting systems are offered:

• All-thread bolts (rods and tubes)
• Self-drilling bolts
• Cable bolts

Two grades of bolts are offered; one for temporary use and the other for permanent installation.
